I couldn't walk with 2 pinched nerves. In 5 days, with 3 visits, I RAN a 5K with ease! I go for maintenance adjustments here and there, continue to run and haven't had any pain or problems since. Great experience from booking my appointment to being greeted by the front desk staff. I’ve been to many chiropractors over the years (due to my job and living in different states)and Dr. Dower rates at the top of the list. He finds what needs adjusting and takes care of it.
