I am a very active 72-year-old woman. I have been going to Dr. Dower for 8 years now, about twice a month! He is amazing. He keeps my body in alignment. He provides the necessary exercises I need to do every day to maintain my alignment, as well as strengthening my core, neck and most recently my hip. He provides the necessary information to support a healthy diet, as well as the supplements and vitamins to maintain strong bones, tone muscles, heart, breast, skin and digestive tract!
