I have gone to several Chiropractors over the last 15 years due to a car accident with a tractor trailer which I survived. My neck as a result has caused me pain and discomfort and I have only been helped by this type of care. I recently moved to FL and found Dr. Dower and think he is fantastic! I was warmly welcomed, given care and consults that are extremely helpful. I really lucked out and will continue to go to him. His wife Sabina is amazing too and teaches workshops on topics that are great for overall health. Highly recommend them both!

Dr Dower does really a lot for his patients and the community..... Events, workshop, recipe night........ His way is very nice and gentle..... He can adjust every body in the family (new born, kids, adults, elder persons and even pets!!!!!!!!).......

I have been getting regular adjustments from Dr. Dower for a few years. I had surgery a few months ago, and had nagging rib cage pain that I thought was part of the recovery process but was just not going away. I finally told Dr. Dower last week, and he adjusted my rib cage. I got off the table and 90 percent of my pain was gone! I also felt taller and I could take a deeper and longer breath. He adjusted my rib cage again this week and I feel great! I can't believe I waited so long to mention it to him... Bottom line is, a chiropractor can adjust more than just the back and neck; so remember to tell him everywhere you hurt!

I was recommended to Dr Dower's office by a close friend after my car accident. I was so tense and stressed out because I was traveling for business the next day. My lower back and my neck was in pain. Dr Dower's office was able to fit me in his schedule. His staff is friendly and welcoming. My waiting time was minimal. He did a thorough examination and took X-rays. His adjustment was gentle and very effective. I felt immediate relief. He gave me a few mild exercises to do at home. His comforting manner & knowledge put me at ease. I see him on a regular basis now to help keep me in balance. This guy is great!

Dr. Dower and his daughter Abigail (front desk) make a good chiropractic team. Convenient access near Gulf Gate shopping center and comfortable easygoing atmosphere. I appreciate the big box of toys for my granddaughter...and who knew that these(soft touch) treatments would cure chronic constipation in a toddler?!
