He provides the necessary exercises I need to do every day to maintain my alignment, as well as strengthening my core, neck and most recently my hip. He provides the necessary information to support a healthy diet, as well as the supplements and vitamins to maintain strong bones, tone muscles, heart, breast, skin and digestive tract!
