Dr.Dower and staff are second to none.Its difficult to find someone who listens to you and actually understands your problems and can evaluate you and determine a plan to make you well again. I personally found Dr. Dower both friendly and knowledgeable about his field and how to treat people with respect. The four visits I've had has proven to be beneficial for my well being and put me on the path to recovery.
